Respect for ALL. Harmony. Kindness. Inclusion.
Warm regards.
15 minutes west of the Ocean, I have a 2/1 house on 1/3 acre - with many fruit trees and plants as well as vegetable gardens and a small hydroponic system. I am planting annual vegetables as well as perennial greens and food plants. I also grow nectar plants for pollinators. I just bought a wooded lot next door so now have about 6/10 acre. I would love to have a few or more folks assist with building a house and workshop here, as well as, to plant a food forest and enlarge the gardens. Possibly acquire other nearby houses as a connected suburban - community? I have no debt. I am a lifelong artist - sculptor - painter. Potential exists for an art based enterprise or a food based project, a myriad of possibilities is swirling! - Open to discussions! The site refers to a farm I sold in n. Florida, my first attempt at a shared community... - the land and house I now have is mid - east coast Florida - south of the space center 30 miles or so. I am 63, powerful, strong - spiritual. I - meditate daly and have for 40 and more years, vegetarian, artist, musician, (music studio and acoustic - electric instruments available) Art equipment and tools available.... smoke 420 and drink wine. hoping to find folks who could assist in a project and might invest $ and labor for a shared ownership or long term living arrangement. Open to anything - including a larger property if others participate. Now, located in a residential neighborhood - the large back yard is very private and fenced. During most of the year no houses are visible. A mile from grocery and other stores and a nice bike path is available. Pizza delivery is available! Not so, in rural N. Florida - so that is a contrast! amenities so far include - 1 - 2/1 house with stained cement floors, wifi, roof antenna tv - well water, ac., fruit trees, gardens... - Open to all. Email me - 1 room available and a nice tent. More space as needed.
