Mission: We have a bold vision: The earth will enter into a new age where human beings will grow up to a higher level of consciousness and create a brand-new social system. Based on universal values, the earth will become a harmonious planet with diverse cultures blossoming everywhere.

The Ecovllage People will travel freely without border limitations and prefer living the ecovillage life as opposed to traditional lifestyles. There is only one global government, which is managed by saints and sages who no longer think of private profits and possessions.

Meanwhile, people's consciousnesses will grow up, the best qualities of mankind, like sincerity, beauty, kindness, love, faith, diligence, and honesty will be stimulated through collective life, and the weeds in people’s soul gardens, such as selfishness, greed, jealousy, complaining, and laziness will fade away. Everyone will have and enjoy a harmonious, civilized, happy, and free life.

Second Home was established in 2009 in Yunnan, China, by a group of people who held common universal values and the vision of creating a new life mode for human beings to sustain themselves on earth. Yunnan is a region that offers the best weather and rich natural resources in China. We set up three branches and the community members rose from the original 20, up to 180, including 20 older members and 14 children.

Second Home founder, Xue Feng, initiated this project in April 2009. Xue Feng is the spiritual guide of the Second Home, who wrote Chanyuan corpus and Xuefeng corpus since 2001, and have established a theory system on universe, life, LIFE, time and space, human beings, mind, consciousness and energy with over 8,000,000 words. This system combines the essence wisdom and teachings of Jesus, Buddha, Lao Tzu, Muhammed, and those of saints and sages from different cultures all over the world. It is a universal-values system beyond races, nationality, culture and religions.

In our community, we have a harmonious relationship between people and nature. Everyone enjoys a simple and happy life here, the instances of crimes and fights are zero. Arguments, quarrels, and conflicts are very rare.

This is because of the solid basis of the universal values we had built before the community was established. It was initiated and written by the founder, Xuefeng, and since 2001, he has written more than 2500 articles with over 10 million words in Chinese. Before participating in setting up the community, all members are first resonating with the values, including the dream of creating a sustainable new life mode beyond the limits of countries, nationalities, religions, and races; and bringing people real happy, free, joyful, and blessed lives.

So this values system and the common dream are the deep roots and energy source that motivates all members of the Second Home under all circumstances.

The content includes the origin of the universe, the origin of LIFE and human beings, the crises human beings are faced with, the meaning and purpose of life, the nature of countries, political parties, religions, and marriage and family; the consciousness, spirit, thinking, structure, and energy of the non-material world, and the way of perfecting human nature, etc. It absorbs the wonderful wisdoms of human history such as those of Jesus, Buddha, Lao Tzu, Muhammad, and all wisdom essences of sages and saints from different civilizations and cultures.
