Intentional Community Spain

Mission: An intentional, secular, co-housing, inter-generational community settlement for people who would like to live mortgage free, growing some produce, swimming outdoors, enjoying nature, working hard, living in a mutually supportive neighbourly environment, sharing skills, knowledge and experience.

Looking for like minded individuals, couples or families interested in co-housing in semi-rural, southern Spain.
To join forces/ funds/ resources to purchase land / old farmhouse / out buildings to set up an intentional, self-sustaining intentional community, with people of mixed ages, backgrounds and interests.
I'm a part Spanish, educator & maker interested in setting up a residential centre where paying guests can come and stay, access a range of arts & well-being courses within a rural tourism context.
A couple of us have been exploring the Granada & Alpujarras region to discover a cortijo ( farmhouse with land) to purchase and use as a base from which each of us can go on to build our own dwellings on communal land. Pooling resources together means we can afford a larger site with arrable land to grow on.
Currently based in Bristol, UK but intending to sell up to release finance.
Seeking doers as opposed to mere dreamers to set up a viable project which could involve building our own homes using sustainable materials.
