From www.ic.org/directory/washington-village/:

Washington Village has one of the most desired locations in the heart of Boulder, CO. Built around the historic Washington Elementary School, this welcoming housing development features 36 warm and inviting private residences, and 2 commercial units, with approximately 7,500 square feet of shared common spaces. Designed for inspired and comfortable living, Washington Village is a place where neighbors are mindful of one another, while achieving a smarter ecological footprint.

In this collaborative neighborhood diversity is a major asset. Each neighbor brings their interest, energy and passions to the effort to create a better, more vibrant living environment leading to neighbors that enjoy and care about each other. Common facilities managed by the community create a hub of creative, intellectual and social stimulation that contribute to the well-being of the residents and the good of the larger society.
