Mission: sustainability, yurts, healing retreats

From www.ic.org/directory/laurel-nest/:

We started our community about 4-5 years ago, and it is an act of faith everyday. We have about 4.5 acres of woods, with several yurts, a few community spaces including large 30' yurt for healing ceremonies and classes, large kitchen for gatherings, crafting reading space and "bedroom yurts" scattered throughout the woods as well as tiny house pads. Our goal is to live sustainably, grow food and provide a living model to inspire people in the form of a healing retreat center.
For now, we have a growing garden, and various sustainable building projects. We have hosted various gatherings and ceremonies, and find that the land invites prayer and healing. Besides that, we have a yurt company, Laurel Nest Yurts (laurelnest.com), down the road from our community, where we hope to invite shared ownership. Community members can work at Laurel Nest Yurts, participate in sustainable projects or organize healing retreats.
We enjoy nature, music, crafting, beauty, and healthy local organic foods ... we enjoy sharing space and making progress towards making the land more beautiful and sustainable.
We are open to short and long term members, and would enjoy living with hard working, light hearted and grateful people. Our goals are that the place serves as a source of inspiration, and that everyone who lives with us participates at a high level, possibly investing in its growth and sharing ownership.
