Baltimore Senior Cohousing

Mission: We are motivated by the following convictions:

That community is a critically important value in our lives, particularly as we contemplate the aging process
That envrionmental sustainability should guide all of us in our decisions about how to design the ideal space in which to live
That the practice of coming together to design and build a co-housing community is an endeavor worthy of our skills and energies

This will be the first cohousing community in the Baltimore area. We welcome folks of different races, religions, gender identification or sexual preference, or income level. We do identify as a Senior community, and although we are prepared to be flexible about age under a variety of circumstances, prospective members should understand that our mission is primarily focused on the needs of seniors.
