This is a perfect place for an Intentional Community to be in the Gainesville, Fl. area. We are offering our home and property to a Community looking for a unique place to be and we are open to many possibilities. We currently grow our food using Aquaponics (teach workshops) and have many garden areas, fruit trees, and expertise for a permaculture environment. Our land has been organic for the past 33 years. More dwellings are possible. This property was an ancient Timucuan campsite for 10,000 years and it is loaded with artifacts and ancient history. We could participate or not. It is waiting for a special group of people to take over. Please contact us for more information.
