Mission: Our mission is to foster a community of mutual support and respect, help one another achieve lifelong goals, and introduce our community members to our individual interests for the purpose of broadening our minds.

Ansatz is a German word meaning the "initial placement of a tool at a workpiece."
In relation to our community, it represents the idea that many young people have incredible dreams and goals, but sometimes we need help getting started. The purpose of this community is to unite young, intelligent, artistic, trailblazing individuals who are interested in supporting one another. We are particularly interested in creative types, charitable individuals, progressive thinkers, young liberals, those interested in sustainability and the environment, and those interested in human spirituality and sexuality.
Our goal is to organize a small community of 5-10 wonderful friends who love each other and love working together. My plan is to purchase a multi-family townhouse in Brooklyn as a home for the community. Members must be able to pay modest rent in Brooklyn, and will be expected to contribute time towards organizing community events, participating in philanthropy/volunteering, taking care of the property, and attending group meetings. The idea is to solidify a constitution, leadership positions, and structure over the next two years until our property is purchased.
