Truckee Cohousing Members are excited to announce they have secured a spectacular location along the banks of The Truckee River, within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants and miles of biking and hiking trails.

Truckee Cohousing is a group of passionate people committed to building low energy demand homes, a sustainable, environmentally conscious neighborhood with a strong sense of community. We are looking for more families and singles of all ages to join us in order to achieve the diverse and balanced community we are seeking.

Two to four bedroom units are being planned with a common house overlooking the river. Pricing expected to range from $400,000 for 2 bedroom to $800,000 for a four bedroom unit. Funding is being sought to help subsidize some units to be affordable for locals who otherwise may not be able to join.
