Mission: Our mission is to:

1. Create a resilient, welcoming, intergenerational, accessibly priced, eco-conscious, intentional community

2. Grow a respectful, gentle environment in which children, adults, and seniors alike can interact, learn, and thrive

3. Encourage affordable home-ownership and common space ownership, with a sense of personal and group responsibility

Vision:

Our vision is to foster a peaceful, inclusive village that will grow deeper community roots for those living within the village, the surrounding neighbors, schools, and the entire town of Waxhaw.

We are currently a group of parents living in the Greater Charlotte and Upper SC areas looking to create a multigenerational cohousing community in the burgeoning farm town of Waxhaw, NC.

We're planning to put a mix of cottage-style single family homes and duplexes on 3-7 acres of land. It will be walkable to virtually all major amenities, allowing for seniors and families to reduce their car usage.
