Job Summary

This is a brand new position within Grace Changes Everything Ministries. We have designed a new home-based community model that seeks a community leader to facilitate, develop, and grow its member base. Growth will be measured comprehensively but not least of which, spiritually and financially .

We are not a religion. We are not a church. We are not any sort of organization that aspires to a new set of rules in order to achieve genuine spiritual growth. Titles (pastor), degrees (seminary), and book knowledge (biblical literature) have never genuinely taken the place of relationships, community, and encouragement. We do believe in God and we believe that He/She is divinely and actively working and communicating.

Has this ever been done before?

Some progressive spiritual leaders around the world have created a truer sense of community within their existing religious infrastructure ( Relevant: Faith, Culture, & Intentional Living , Jan-Feb 2018, pps. 068-070). Francis Chan in 2013 notably developed, "We Are Church" out of San Francisco, CA, a home-based affinity group of a church-planting network. However, there is no network currently developing that has stepped away from the church culture without leaving faith, and focused entirely on the spiritual, emotional, psychological, and economical well-being of a small group of 12-15 individuals. There is no non-profit corporation that seeks to develop a network of such communities for the inherent good of its member communities... until now: Grace Life Communities Association .

What qualifies me to be a community leader?

Your life experience, your work experience, and mostly your desire to learn the skill sets needed to start, facilitate, and grow a small, home-based, affinity community within our network. Grace Changes Everything Ministries equips all new prospective community leaders with relevant and comprehensive training. The founder also participates with every new community by way of a 4-6 week teaching experience with his book, "Blinded by Normalcy: What is Life Anyways?"

Is this a job? How do I make money?

This is most definitely a job. You are training to start, facilitate, and develop a small community as part of our network of affinity-based communities. You will ultimately be accountable for the growth of your community in terms of realizing your member's individual goals/dreams. You will be paid based both on the measured growth of your community's portfolio of local fundraising, income generated through individual member's economic activity, and corporate funding projects from Grace Changes Everything Ministries that you participate in securing.

Simply apply through this site. We will schedule a time to meet personally. This opportunity is currently available in Michigan, however expansion efforts are under way for growth regionally and nationally.
