74 apartment homes have already been built and sold in a mainstream way. Stage three of the total development is called Sun Villages, which is an additional 25 units with social spaces, flexible architecture for changing needs, ownership by way of company shares, and long-term leases that are unprecedented in their tenure and security and which vary according to how much space you occupy. The Sun Villages model is an Australia first, with several components from places around the world including elements of co-housing. Our financial model is designed to keep more money in your pocket where you don't have to pay: solicitors’ fees, stamp duty, mortgage insurance, bank fees, interest on a mortgage and agent fees when selling to upgrade or downgrade.
