We want to make our everyday life have a positive impact on the world around us and future generations.

From www.ic.org/directory/no-mans-land/:

We want to be more or less around 6 families living there full time where they can park a home on wheels or build a small dwelling with natural or up-cycled material.

While this is going to be on the side of an anarchist community, keep in mind there will be certain rules that will need to be followed. While most of the 18-acre land will be communal space, there will also be shared tasks that each member must fulfill one way or another.

Some tasks will include taking care of the gardens, the livestock and maintaining the guest cabins, yurts, tree houses, and tent placements which will play a role in the community as rental income. We also will have a MakerSpace with several art and fabrication workshops for us to use which will need to be kept clean and organized. We want this to be a place for everyone and be an affordable artist/traveler resort.

The land will be used for small festivals and fairs 3 times a year or so. There is only 5 or 6 acres of the land that is flat and cleared so the festivals can only be so small due to the lack of parking. Anyway, this will be our home so we don't want anything big, just a good party once in a while!

Living in harmony with nature, creativity and self-sustainability while having fun is our goal.
