Mission: Great place for students of the Ageless Wisdom teachings who have found or are discovering,cultivating
& radiating inner peace, unconditional love for everyone & self-discipline.

Proposed Household Standards/characteristics (not in any particular order) to consider:
1) Very Clean & Considerate: ie: never leave a mess in any common area, mindful of every action.
2) Vegan, veggie or some fish consumption only (no dead animal flesh).
3) No alcohol,drugs, tobacco, or animals (dogs/cats, etc). Some experimentation is ok. but not a place
for people struggling with addiction issues.
4) Very Serious about totally eradicating (or have eradicated) gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy & pride.
5) Frugal energy usage - would rather wear more clothes when it's cold out than turn up the heat, and wear shorts & go around barefooted (eventually when we have free/clean energy, that will be great, but nyet!). Would rather dry your clothes in the sun, on a clothesline, than
put them in the dryer.
6) Very aware of energy and of the importance of high quality standards in one's living space.
7) Looking for a place for 6 months or more (super flexible lease).

Obviously, not for everyone. Solitude is better than being with ill-fitting companions. Goal is mutually beneficial, complementary
relationships.
Flexible: aim towards consensus in the case of any conflicts....

Three Furnished Rooms in nice old 3/3 house
Ideally Students of the Ageless Wisdom Teachings.
Huge lot with giant oak trees & privacy fencing all around -
cut into 3 lots - each with privacy fencing between,
85% of the back of the property is shaded by trees including a couple of
huge oaks. Three fire pits, two outdoor showers
Lots of greenery secluded/private space inside & out.
Three divided lots with privacy fencing includes a camp site with outdoor kitchen, ~12 x 10 metal roof structure
to shelter tent. Clean ~50 year old, ~24 foot travel trailer
Will be converting the garage into an efficiency apartment expected to finished Jan 2019
