Mission: We strive to live balanced lives and not be consumed by the false ideologies that are currently leading mainstream society to an unhealthy and possibly end place.

From www.ic.org/directory/back-to-nature-ecovillage/:

Back to Nature Ecovillage is a community for like-minded individuals looking to simplify life, live off-grid, and focus on health and family. The founders of this project are an alternative family consisting of one man and two women with four children.
We home-educate our children.
We raise our own fruits, vegetables, and animals.
We believe in equality, not conditionally so (on a hot day, if a man can take his shirt off while farming, so can a woman, for example).
We believe in a strong focus on healthy practices, ranging from growing our own food to self-care like daily fitness, yoga, weekly massage, etc.
We believe in continual growth through learning and spirituality. We are not "religious," but we are spiritual and all the adults currently in this community are survivors of abuse who have broken the cycle and grown as people.
We believe that "many hands make light work" and that people can learn from each other and grow together, living in peace with each other, nature, and balance. There is no need for "over-consumption" "social status," etc.
