HARMONY LAKES COHOUSING is a new cohousing community being planned in eastern Independence, Missouri, adjacent to the Little Blue Trace Park and Necessary Road, just Northeast of the intersection of the Little Blue Parkway and RD Mize Road. This 15-acre site is large enough for both a senior cohousing community and an intergenerational cohousing community. This site offers direct access to the Little Blue Trace hiking and biking trail, and is close to dining and retail establishments along the 39th Street corridor in Independence and Interstate I-70.
