From www.ic.org/directory/zen-buddhist-temple-ann-arbor/:

We are a Zen Buddhist Temple that offers residency opportunities. Residency provides support, structure, stability, and community, which help to deepen one’s understanding and experience of the spiritual in daily life. Our structure seeks to establish a viable and nurturing balance between zen training and one’s obligations outside of residency to family, school, and work. In addition to the daily schedule, residents have access to teachers and are able to receive face-to-face formal teachings, and enjoy frequent informal contacts with them. In addition, the $600/month charge includes room, vegetarian meals, utilities, internet access, laundry facilities, and parking. We honor diversity.
