Our community will be located in an urban setting walking distance to public transportation, cafes, shops, and green spaces.
Our community will be inclusive and welcoming to all people.
We will be a cohesive community focusing on care, respect and helpfulness, sharing resources for elder and child care.
We foster participation by all through shared meals, joint projects and group celebrations.
We support an ecologically sustainable lifestyle that reduces our carbon footprint through energy efficiency.
We promote good communication and conflict resolution through group decision making.

URBAN VILLAGE COHOUSING

We are a new community (Fall 2015) forming in the Greater Boston Area.

We are seeking an urban site to build on or an existing building suitable to rehab into 25-30 units averaging 1000sf.
We hope to be a multi-generational community.
