Community in Jefferson Park

Mission: We don't have a mission statement, but we are interested in hospitality, shared life, and following Jesus.

We are a co-ed group of several people, trying to follow Jesus.

We are four people who are trying to follow Jesus, sharing a large 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house. Currently we have girls upstairs and guys downstairs. Community/spiritual practices include at least three shared meals a week, morning prayer (optional), sometimes evening singing, and on weekends we usually take part in a house church that's connected with our community. We have a backyard garden, two cats, a dog, and eight chickens. We are drug-free, and there is no smoking inside the house.

We are interested in one or two additional members--each would have their own bedroom and potentially their own bathroom as well. Some furnishings are available. Exact rent amount and availability dates are dependent on timing and total number of members.
