An authorized 501(c)(3) chapter of the New Haven Native American Church (NHNAC), we do not engage in commerce. Instead, we rely on donations and volunteerism for all our services. At our cedarwood lodge in Kealakekua, Hawaii, we provide several venues of counseling, natural healing, and training for those who seek to renew their energy levels, revitalize their perspectives on life, experience an entirely new state of being, and get in touch with their divine life purpose.
Long- and short-term involvements are available to guests and volunteers interested in personal growth and natural healing, and to those who welcome the opportunity to live in harmony with the island's natural surroundings. This is ideal for anyone who enjoys being of service, is willing to learn about and practice eco-sustainability, and finds joy and fulfillment in personal growth and physical, emotional, mental and spiritual development.
Situated at 19.5 degrees North latitude in Kealakekua, the general area is located 3 miles (6 miles by car) from the State of Hawaii's #1 marine life sanctuary where pods of dolphins come almost daily to rest, feed, and nurse their calves. The 19.5 North parallel is one of the Earth's 10 major vortices. This place, which the ancients knew as "The Pathway to the God," serves as a star gate portal, through which light codes enter the energetic matrix of the Earth to allow prayers and/or intentions made here to be "broadcast" to the world and beyond.
A 5-star bistro, convenience store, hot tubs, massage therapy, kayak rentals and the bus stop are all within an easy walk. Cafes, banks, 2 post offices, 2 grocery stores and the local Farmer's Market are within a 2-mile stretch.
Guests, volunteers and residents are likewise invited to help themselves to the abundance of fresh, organic edibles that fall at our footsteps on the property. Depending on the season, we are blessed with an abundance of papayas, bananas, avocados, oranges, guavas, passion fruits, mountain apples and more.
