After chasing the American Dream and living a normal suburban life my wife and I now believe that modern society and economics are both unhealthy and unsustainable. We have decided to "opt-out" and create a safer, healthier, and happier life for our children. To that end we are seeking like-minded families to join together in an effort to create an off grid, self sufficient, sustainable community. This is a ground floor opportunity for those interested in being part of forming a new community.

We are currently located in Kentucky but are very open minded for the final location as long as it makes sense (climate, growing season, etc.). The final decision on the location will be a group effort. Our vision is to purchase a plot of land as a land trust with each family having their own home site and the balance of the land being used to growing crops, raising animals, and preservation.
