An established community home in Mississauga is currently attracting new like-minded, long-term members to share our lives with. We are part of a larger local intentional community of loosely interconnected community homes, families and individuals, which is spiritual in nature and aims at co-creating more consciousness in self and others. We choose to live together for many varied and personal reasons of course, but some things we have in common are: building healthy connections and relationships; exploring the behavioural patterns learned in our families of origin, learning how they still affect our relating and relationships today, and supporting each other in making conscious choices to learn new behaviours which will support us in living happier healthier lives as emotionally mature adults. To help us to do this we have certain guidelines that we follow in our day-to-day interactions with each other. We have weekly house meetings in which we co-create and share a meal, resolve household logistics, and share our emotional processes in ways that are uplifting to all.

•currently home to 3 adults (2 women, 1 man, 2 boys aged 9 and 11, 2 cats)
•vacancies: 2 bedrooms in a finished basement apartment including kitchen and bathroom
•a financial contribution of $450 per month is required per bedroom/individual; couples and families are definitely welcome but let’s negotiate the financial aspect; quality housework can be exchanged for a portion of the financial contribution at the rate of $15/hour
•parking, telephone, internet, cable, access to laundry, etc, are all shared at no extra cost
•minutes away from Hwy 403 at Winston Churchill in the West part of Mississauga, close to shopping, schools, library, restaurants, gym and medical facilities
