Mission: Sustainable living and cooking

Red Clover Collective is at its formation stage (currently close to securing a house in South Bronx) and welcomes new members to join. It is envisioned to be a collective house for folks in New York City who want to live communally, grow their own food and live sustainably. We will grow food and flowers in the backyard with methods such as permaculture, biodynamic farming and vertical gardening. We will also compost food waste, cook communal dinners and share some good times. The community aspires to create an urban living model that's built on love and trust, and we will host group meditation and/or yoga practices to maintain a healthy and loving attitude towards each other.

In the near future, the group will work towards securing farm land in upstate New York (1-2 hours away) so that we can supplement the needs to live in the city with the option to also return to nature during weekends.
