Mission: To offer a favourable environment for the developement and fulfillment of human beings
for the sake of a Culture of Peace.

Q is a individual and small groups retreat space surrounded by nature,
where to experience a simple and conscious lifestyle, with low environmental impact.
A place where to internalize, meditate, change habits, become aware, be oneself.

In Q we experience a modus vivendi that integrates 3 key dimensions of human life:
Economy, Ethics and Spirituality. 3 essential spheres for local and planetary sustainability.

We experiment and inquire with the following purposes in the middle and long term:

1. At the economic level:
To move towards an economic system based 50% on monetary exchange and 50% in
non-monetary exchange, where gradually the use of money is reduced and the barter,
the social links and networks, is proportionally increased.
To do this, we consider essential: reducing the needs, optimizing the management of all
resources, and establishing organic working times and rhythms linked to natural cycles.

2. At the ethical level:
To establish a community of 6 like-minded people, able to develop an agile and effective
organization without leader. A conjunction of "ones" co-directing Q. This requires in each
person full capacity for self-determination, initiative and performance; lot of awareness,
responsibility and transparency.

3. At the spiritual level:
To strengthen the circle of people who choose Q to do their practices, initiations and
teachings, individually and small groups retreats. We provide a space open to all non dual
traditions. And a neutral place for inter-and-transreligious meetings.
