Intro. I am willing to share my 20 ha of old growth forested land with others like minded. People who wish to live and work in native forest, to work with Nature (no poisons, no bulldozing), to work to make this forest a delightful and supportive place for people live in, to build a sense of community, and to cultivate a spiritual practice supportive of these important things.
My community proposal is for people without capital to buy and develop land.

Accommodation. Live outdoors, in the forest, using tarp roofs (details under “Housing”)

Principles : No drugs no alcohol. Keep the forest unburnt. This means : RAKE and maintain the perimeter firebreak and no unsafe fires. Develop the organic vegie garden and orchard. Share costs like – land rates, diesel to shops, tools, phone and internet.

Aspirations : cultivate good relationships with others, relying partly on sharing spiritual and healing practices. Meet to share music, meditation, healthy shared meals, therapeutic massage, Tai Chi, perhaps even co-counselling.

Spiritual Practice. Learn forest meditation to reconnect with the Ancient Mother, cultivate contentment, appreciation and joyfulness, and cultivate Presence and Being as Eckhart Tolle uses these words. Work with Presence and without rush. Practice “mindfulness” in the Buddhist sense. Integrate spiritual practice with healing. Study spiritual writings relevant to these objectives. Campfires at night instead of electronic screen entertainment.
