We’re Building a Community of Our Dreams…

A group of good friends are looking for farming and community land in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, etc. Generally somewhere remote in the mid-atlantic area, with mountains, great water sources, plenty of forest, and luscious soil that receives solid sunshine!

Organic food cultivation will be integral. Energy will also be harvested from nature in non invasive ways. Sustainability and self-sufficiency will be cornerstone values to the pursuit.

There will be a school integrated into the community so that there is continuing education available for all ages in an unlimited variety of fields based on the input and interests of the members of the community, who teach most of the classes, along with visiting teachers.

The school also helps by hosting retreats, as well as classes offered for work/trade or paying visitors, and guests from other communities. A form of barter through knowledge and teaching, which continues to enrich, nourish, strengthen and renew the tribe.

It starts with a core group and the right opportunity. There are at least a hand or two of us who all know each other very well and who want to do this together, plus many others who could be called upon in order to embolden and expand on projects when they are ready. We are willing to live on your farm or land through an agreement to help you turn it into a community, if we share a similar vision.
