Mission: Ma'agal Ha'kvutzot is a federation of groups , urban kibbutzim and cooperative-socialist communities.

Ma'agal Hakvutsot is an organisation of communes, urban kibbutzim and communities based on the ideas of socialism and sharing.The organisation is a broad platform for the realisation of the sharing ideal.
The different models for the realization of this ideal creates a productive and dynamic dialogue, incorporating wide-ranging and ever-expanding possibilities for the realization of this idea - as broad a group as possible that can be political partners promoting real change in society.
Ma'agal Hakvutsot works to create cultural, societal, economic, and political partnerships between the member groups, whilst constantly striving to expand these partnerships with groups and kibbutzim from the different movements.
