We are something very old renewed. Located in the Catskill Mountains of Upstate New York, we have slightly over three acres of land, a 120+ year old former resort inn and building towards as much self sufficiency as we can.
We are a community of Goddess spiritual oriented women, are incorporated as a 501C3 religious charitable organization and we are trying to build a new/old way of living as a community. If that sounds good, contact us.
We have a full ceramics studio, adding looms and other handicrafts. We have an in house movie theatre. Living here means sharing the expenses and work to maintain our property and doing so in a Goddess oriented manner. We are located in a tiny hamlet so having your own car is a definite plus.
If you are interested, come spend a week with us so we can see if we all mesh. All sexual orientations are welcome and we are transsexual positive but you must be fully transitioned and woman identified. Men are welcome to visit and often do. We are very feminist oriented, service oriented and social justice oriented.
You do not have to be a member of our religious tradition to live here but should be comfortable with it. No dogs, multiple kitty residents. There is an outdoor Temple/Grove in the back and a generic Pagan style circle as well as a small dome available for retreats
