In the researching/organizing part of an ambitious endeavor of starting a housing coop! Hoping to reach some awesome folks who'd be interested in collaborating with me because all projects are done better together! Number of folks that could be intrinsically involved will depend on the property, but right now, I'm putting out feelers for a founding group of 3-4 folks that have some money they'd like to invest in a dreamy space! I am deeply in love with community and I want to make a little community with you!

Local market
