Hey Guys- We're forming a large arts community here in New Orleans, with shared housing, shared investments and business, and arts, music, film, theater, food, and other programs. The basic idea is each member is a leader and the rest are his team to accomplish his artistic vision and build his career. We've teamed up with a builder to construct a 6,000 sq ft house and community center, with 10 bedrooms, yoga studio, dance space, arts room, music rooms, etc. And we have one piece of property we can build on but are searching for one more ideal in the st. roch neighborhood. Our current aim is to Have the house built and occupied by the end of this summer.

We are currently seeking members both to live in our arts Co-Op and to teach, create, and manage our many programs.
