Meet the neighbors:

Mission: Our primary mission is to create a self-sustaining ecosystem that is in harmony with the land. Our purpose on this land is to develop and maintain sacred space and to create a sanctuary where others may come to heal, to learn, to transform, and to evolve to their highest, most conscious beings.

From www.ic.org/directory/maya-retreat-center-eco-retreat-homestead/:

We reside on ancient, sacred land. Our island is the oldest known barrier reef dating back 480 million years. Our property is lake front, and is sacred land where Native Americans resided and held ceremony. We are developing the land into self-sustaining ecosystems. We utilize permaculture and biodynamic farming techniques.
Our main house is primarily used for functions, events, and short-stay hosting. Our carriage house apartments are for longer-term community members. Cabins are used to serve volunteers, interns, short-stay hosting.
We believe in creating a higher conscious lifestyle and service to others. We are interested in individuals with some health and wellness background and training who would contribute to more workshops/events; and would fit in without lifestyle of co-housing with some sharing of land, property, and the beauty and fruits it has to offer.
We believe in promoting and supporting women who have struggled, and much of our focus is on teaching, training, and supporting women to evolve.
