From www.ic.org/directory/the-lloyd-house/:

This is a beautiful, historic, Victorian "castle" in a 140-year-old neighborhood that once was the primo Cincinnati suburb, now still nice but not any longer the top-of-the-line. Owned, at least through present, by one person who rents to 4 adults who each have their own bathroom, at least one private room, and share a kitchen, music/living room, zendo, gym, sauna, veranda with pingpong table, parking lot for 7, space for gardening (currently fallow). Multi-generational group, all with good vibes and solid financial ability. (Rents vary from 390 to 850/month, all utilities and WiFi included).
