Grow Community

Grow is a connected urban community, where people of all generations and a diversity of economic means can live mindful of their impact on the planet, in a neighborhood where environmental, economic and social sustainability are equally valued and where all people can focus on creating abundance, in their relationships to others, to nature and to the community.

Grow Community includes a mix of single-family homes and multifamily rentals. Homes are designed in clusters around community gardens. A community center will form the center of the community and will be a base for shared activities and for the Grow Foundation.

Grow Community is one of five endorsed One Planet Communities® in the world, and the second in North America. One Planet Living® uses ten guiding principles as a framework for building healthy, vital communities. The program was developed by BioRegional, an international, non-profit environmental organization. With a focus on Zero Carbon lifestyle, Grow Community includes Net Zero Energy homes powered entirely by solar, as well as Zero Carbon transportation options, like our car share program - powered again entirely by solar.
