Founded in 1977, Omega is the nation’s most trusted source for wellness and personal growth. As a nonprofit organization, Omega offers diverse and innovative educational experiences that inspire an integrated approach to personal and social change. Located approximately two hours north of New York City on 250 acres in the beautiful Hudson Valley, Omega welcomes more than 23,000 people to its workshops and retreats in Rhinebeck, New York, and at exceptional locations around the world.From April through October each year, the Seasonal Community, comprised of Seasonal Staff and Seasonal Service Corps Members, join Omega to be part of something larger than themselves, practice compassionate service, and engage in meaningful work and service as part of our immersive holistic studies learning experience.
Omega’s Seasonal Community is involved in all aspects of supporting the program participant experience at Omega. They enjoy our beautiful 250-acre campus, eat delicious meals in our mostly vegetarian Dining Hall, and have access to our specially designed Holistic Education Programs and community events, in everything from yoga to the arts to professional development.
