Meet the neighbors:

Mission: This is an Intentional living/co-housing community. We are all of us interested in the arts, some of us are teachers, others performers. We enjoy cooking together and try to have dinner each night when possible.

From www.ic.org/directory/wits-end-cooperative/:

Wits End Cooperative is an incorporated co-housing community on 40 quiet mountainside acres just south of Santa Fe, New Mexico.

The community currently has 5 members, and there is space for two more. We completed our first structure in 2007, and the most recent in 2014. Structures include a common building with a full kitchen, dining area, reading area, laundry, and prospective members' accommodations, of straw bale construction, in the beautiful Ortiz mountains, as well as three private dwellings. We are under an hour from Albuquerque's airport, and a half-hour from the city of Santa Fe; there are many wonderful things to experience in the area. More photos can be viewed at witsendcoop.net or https://www.facebook.com/witsendcoopnm87010/.

We intend our buildings to be as "green" as possible, employing a combination of strawbale, passive solar, water catchment, and recycled materials whenever possible.
