Mission: We don't currently have a written mission, but informally we are a close group of families who enjoy sharing our lives, meals, and gardens with each other, and supporting each others' families.

We are a small, urban, retrofit cohousing community, with four units on a half acre in the Fruitvale neighborhood of Oakland, California. We share weekly meals, frequent celebrations, and not-quite-monthly work parties. We also share a laundry room, bike storage, tools, and a large organic garden with bees, chickens, and a dozen fruit trees. We completed our condo conversions (meaning all members now own their own units) in October, 2007.
