Mission: To provide a place where people can build their own tiny house.

Currently in the design phase of a place for folks to build their own tiny house, regardless of ability to pay for supplies or basic necessities (namely, food and shelter). It would be a temporary residence while you build your tiny house.Builders would contribute time to basic upkeep of community living, as well as actual building.
Ideally, several core people would live on-site, or nearby, who would possess the skills to help people build. There are some large buildings on the property, but the physical infrastructure needs a solid use plan. Additionally, the plan should make the community solvent, so that it can handle assisting people with no way to fund their own house.
At this time, we are looking for people to assist with (or take over) setting up and planning. My family and I live in a house on the land.
If you would like to be added to the list of folks wanting to build a tiny house, feel free to contact us, but note that we do not yet have an anticipated start date.
After we begin building, we will probably be looking to also establish a tiny house community in the area.
