We are a small housekeeping cooperative in Portland, Maine. We are striving to create economic security for ourselves and other workers who commonly experience barriers to employment.

(Such as parents, people with disabilities, POC, queer and trans people, immigrants, formerly incarcerated people, and people who have had limited access to formal or higher education.)

We govern ourselves collectively, and share profits fairly. Through shared ownership (no single owner or boss), we are able to distribute our profits in a way that ensures higher pay rates to all our worker-owners in comparison than other workers in our industry, and a higher quality of service to our clients.

We train each other to become thorough and efficient house-cleaners, as well as responsible and innovative business owners. We are dedicated to using housecleaning products and methods that are safe for our clients, worker-owners and the environment.
